Amara is an elegant and elevated residential neighbourhood comprised of 116 distinctive twin villas, each designed to celebrate a relaxed hillside way of life. The twin villas showcase a graceful interplay between pairs of adjoining volumes, with one-third of each home recessed to create a welcoming entrance and a dynamic, sculptural street facade. Spanning three floors, every villa offers generous family living, complete with semi-outdoor areas that draw greenery right into the living quarters and frame the scenic landscape on both sides. Life at Amara unfolds around a lush central park where residents can enjoy a resort-style swimming pool with sun loungers and shaded cabanas, a sports and paddle court, and an adventure playground for children. A wide event lawn with amphitheatre seating invites yoga sessions, picnics and community gatherings, while meandering walking and jogging pathways, pergola-shaded promenades and beautifully manicured gardens connect every corner of the neighbourhood.
