The Liberty by Wallaya Villas is a low-rise residential development by Wallaya Villas Development, created in collaboration with NUZEN Limited. The project comprises five residential buildings of seven storeys each, defined by an architecture of bold glass facades, sharp vertical lines, and warm accents. Floor-to-ceiling windows shape the elevations and give the buildings a light, contemporary silhouette. The collection spans 324 residences across one- and two-bedroom apartments, penthouses, and corner penthouses, positioning the project as a modern, design-led offering with a measured, understated character. Residents are served by swimming pools set within landscaped communal gardens that run through the heart of the site, alongside a fitness centre for day-to-day wellness. The development also incorporates a dedicated retail and commercial component, a reception, and on-site security service, together with generous covered car parking and separate motorbike parking. The shared grounds combine water features, green landscaping, and open communal zones, creating calm, usable outdoor space between the buildings.
