О проекте

Reportage Tower at Lagos is a high-rise apartment development with light-coloured framing, grey façade sections, warm vertical accents and projecting balconies. Stepped wings rise above a curved podium, bringing private homes, shared leisure spaces and service facilities together within a single building. Shared facilities include an infinity pool, gymnasium, children’s play area and a jogging track within the parking area. Retail outlets, childcare facilities and meeting spaces support daily routines, while a reception lobby, concierge-style services, housekeeping and round-the-clock security provide additional support. The homes offer studios and one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom layouts. Kitchens or kitchenettes connect with living areas, while separate bedrooms, balconies and utility rooms vary by unit type. Interior features include kitchen cabinets, countertops, built-in wardrobes, double-glazed windows, central air conditioning and tiled bathrooms with showers, vanity units and mirrors.
